STORY WALKS

Story Walks are now available at the RV Park in Clifton, at Loma Linda Park, at the Blue Library, and at Veterans Park in Duncan. Please take your children and enjoy the books that change monthly or bimonthly and enjoy your outside activity. Please let us know what you think after your visit. You can do a paper survey or use your smartphone to complete one on line. These StoryWalks were created through grant funds from the Arizona State Library and LSTA. Please help us maintain these for your community.

LIBRARY OF THINGS

The Greenlee County Library System now has "things" you can check out at all three public libraries. Stop by soon and see the Adventure Backpacks and STEAM kits that are available to check out. We have tons of indoor and outdoor games you can check out as well as lots of STEAM toys for growing children. We have Physical Literacy backpacks at the Duncan Library and if you are thinking about starting a book club for your friends, Clifton has lots of book club kits for you to use. MakerSpace items are also being put into the library, too. Come see what we have!

Everything is AWEsome at the Libraries

New AWE learning tablets are available for use at Duncan and Clifton Libraries. Stop by with the kids and explore all the great games and lessons available.  The Blue Library tablets are located in the Blue School for use by the students there on a daily basis.

Safford City Library

The Safford City Library grants library cards to all Greenlee County residents. Their webpage offers some services that our public library does not. Stop by and get a card from them and use their online services and enjoy more free programs.

MILITARY/VETERAN RESOURCE NETWORK

The Arizona Coalition for Military Families is a public/private partnership focused on building Arizona's capacity to care for and support all service members, veterans, their families and communities.  It helps to make sure that every service member, veteran and family member is connected to the right resource at the right time. If you are interested in these resources for Military families, sign up for a free account at the Resource Command Match page.
